What do I do if I don't receive my items?
A purchase can take up to 10 minutes to process by the system. If you don't receive your items within an hour of purchasing, contact support using one of the contact methods shown at the bottom of this page. Please note, E-Checks take up to 10 days to process.
The packages that you purchase here are intangible goods. We have a strict no refund policy. As you can not replace the items nor the time taken to assign them to you, no refunds will be granted. All chargebacks (either with PayPal or your credit card company) will resut in permanent removal of your account from the network and all associated services, and valid proof of agreement to our terms and conditions will be submitted to the case.
